Technical Surveillance

Technical Surveillance can be used in a variety of different ways but in principle it is a support tool for physical surveillance tasks.

What Is Technical Surveillance?

Technical surveillance is an umbrella term which covers any type of surveillance which requires the use of some kind of recording (audio and/or visual) or tracking capability.

The key aspect for considering any type of surveillance (physical or technical) are the issues relating to the law alongside its necessity and proportionality (RIPA).

The legal and moral aspect of all work conducted by Tacet Global is considered at the outset of an instruction. If all areas of consideration are deemed as being acceptable then there are numerous ways of utilising technical surveillance for the benefit of our client and a cases objectives.
